I use found materials in my abstract paintings to examine our relationship as a society to capitalism and excess. My work explores this connection and how it affects the environment through my paintings that represent parts of nature that are changing due to climate change. I’m interested in exploring the material, highlighting its structure and texture through my abstract work.
