His projects, from the very beginning, have a strong political and social character, and tend to condense the instability of nature and humanity in themselves, in a permanent process of change, forcing us to stop for a moment in order to think about the futility of what surrounds us, what has an influence in us. He is one of the most internationally recognized Spanish artists. He has skillfully escaped all categorization so as to, with art as an element of reflection and social commitment, develop a strong presence and a high professional recognition. He participates regularly in international art fairs and often takes part in solo and group exhibitions in Spain, Italy, UK, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, United States, Hungary, Finland, Russia, Egypt, China, Greece, Fiji, Romania, Norway. His art works are shown in permanent collections, both public and private, in all of these countries. He is also present in the most prestigious catalogues of Spanish contemporary artists. López-Aparicio has been awarded with scholarships for graduate education and artistic creation in more than thirty institutions, and has held important responsibilities on artistic representation in Europe and Spain.
