My name is Cécile, and I’m a self-taught watercolor illustrator. I live in Princeton, New Jersey (US), where I create botanical and food illustrations.
My work combines traditional media (watercolor, ink, colored pencils) with digital editing. My compositions focus on the subject by placing it on a white background and keeping the space around it uncluttered. The result is a modern, semi-realistic and detailed style.
