Andrea Wedell is a contemporary abstract artist based in San Francisco, California. She works with oil, cold wax, oil stick and raw pigment. Her current work is inspired by her search for home. She lived in Europe for 28 years and recently repatriated back to her native California. Where is home ? she wonders. Home is where the heart is, and the heart, despite bouts of nostalgia can be open and content anywhere.
